Community Impact Center is led in ministry by Apostle McCoy "Mac" Eaton and

Co-Pastor Shamika Eaton. They have been married for 17 years with one biological son, Mr. Elijah Eaton. Apostle Eaton is a native of Courtland, VA and Co-Pastor Eaton is a native of Suffolk, VA. While both were raised with heavy Pentecostal denominational backgrounds, they pastor a multicultural and non-denominational church. They have a strong prophetic and deliverance ministry. Their hearts are focused on truly loving people and to help inspire them to transform every aspect of their lives. Apostle and Co-Pastor are loving and caring leaders that have a wholistic and reconciled approach to ministry. They are truly not your ordinary or traditional pastors. They aim to follow God in whatever vein He decides to move in.

Apostle Eaton has been preaching for 15+ years and Co-Pastor Eaton has been preaching for about 8+ years. Together, they both founded Real Gospel Outreach Ministries in August 2011 by having small bible study groups in the living room of their small apartment in Richmond, VA. With the help and hand of God on their lives, they persevered ministry transitions and found themselves at the face of God concerning the ministry transitions. While seeking God  concerning physical transition, the Lord lead Overseer to change the name of the ministry, to fit the transitional period that they entered into. The name that the Lord gave them was Community Impact Center. In totality, The Eatons have pastored for about 10 years and love what they do for God and his people. They would be transparent and admit the journey was not easy but it was well worth it.

The Eatons have a heart that helps people to always feel special and like family. They, truly, believe that they have never met a stranger and everyone is distant family that they have not, yet, been formally introduced. Both have a strong passion for helping and coaching people to expand the full potential of their gifts as well as helping people understand their true purpose in life.

Striving to be examples in the church and community, Apostle and Co-Pastor Eaton live their lives being truthful and real with themselves while helping people to become more honest with themselves and God. Both leaders, unequivocally, believe in the healing, delivering, and saving power of Jesus Christ. While they are non-denominational Pastors, they hold true to their deeply rooted Pentecostal values, power, and anointing.
